Horrible nail job. I'm giving 1 star because of the fact that they did a horrible job. The gel polish bubbled. Went back to nail salon to show them how they bubbled. They wanted to charge my daughter $10 to change color. I explain that was unacceptable. My daughter had to take time out of her schedule and extra fuel. If the job was done correctly the first time then the extra trip for them to be redone wouldn't be. After I called and explained this finally they went back and forth with me saying sorry manager isn't here and the person that done her nails isn't here. So we have to charge. I explained that they saw the job and there should be no question that there should be no charge to reapply for the gel polish despite the color. They basically hung up on me while I was telling them it's inacceptable. As my daughter was leaving they told her not to worry about it. So she didn't have to pay. Not to happy because I should have had to argue my point about the bad job and be hung up on. The 2nd gel polish was quite a bit better but seems like there gel polish may be old not sure
